A 1/2 pound wheel of cheese nestled on a fig leaf soaked in French brandy. A cross between a Brie and Camembert. Super creamy and runny interior with a complex rich flavor and a snowy white edible rind. Delicious with fresh fruit and nuts. Also excellent paired with a crispy baguette and a bold red wine!

This is a puck shaped Bloomy rind with a creamy paste that has a hint of sweetness from the organic coconut shell ash that it is dusted with before aging. It develops a nice white rind with a peek of black ash underneath. Pairs really nicely with a fruity red wine.

A small puck shape Bloomy rind with a silky interior and white edible rind rolled in freshly chopped rosemary and Herbes de Provence before aging. Pairs well with a semi dry white wine or a light red wine. Also delicious drizzled with a little honey.

This is a fresh unripened spreadable cheese that is handmade with different fresh herbs, spices, fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. Availability of choices changes every week, but we do have a few that stay on the menu all the time. These would be our Wasabi w/local wildflower honey rolled in black sesame seeds, smoked salmon with dill or red onion, plain, Fresh cranberry w/ walnuts, fresh chives w/garlic.
