PREPARED FOODS MENU INCLUDES OUR SIGNATURE DISHES AS WELL AS GLUTEN FREE AND VEGETARIAN MEALS.
We offer an assortment of meals that will feed 2 to 4 people. We also offer some side dishes to accompany the main entrée. We will be changing some items weekly to take advantage of local fresh produce available as the seasons change.
CHICKEN POT PIE - Made with big chunks of roast chicken, organic carrots, potatoes, peas, celery layered in a rich cream sauce made with our fresh Goat milk & cream, then topped with French pastry. $16
VEGGIE POT PIE - Made with lot's of fresh organic veggies layered in a rich cream sauce covered with pastry $15
ASSORTED VEGETABLE TARTS- Made with fresh local seasonal vegetables, local herbs ,local milk,& local eggs, and cheese (including our fresh goat cheese). $15
ITALIAN MARGARITA PIE - Layered with ricotta, fresh tomatoes, Parmesan, topped with fresh basil and mozzarella $14 Available summer season only.
STUFFED MANACOTTI - Fresh pasta sheets stuffed with our home made ricotta cheese filling, topped with our homemade marinara sauce. $15
ITALIAN MEAT LASAGNA - Fresh pasta sheets layered with ricotta cheese, sautéed local grass fed beef, onions, and peppers topped with mozzarella, and our homemade marinara sauce. $15
SPINACH / KALE LASAGNA - Fresh pasta sheets layered with freshly sautéed spinach & kale, onions, cheese and topped with our homemade marinara and Béchamel sauces. $15
CHICKEN PARMESAN - Our signature homemade chicken cutlets smothered in our homemade marinara topped with parmesan, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. $15
CHICKEN MARSALA - Chicken breast sautéed in olive oil & butter with Marsala wine, white wine and capers, served over pasta $15
CANADIAN SHEPERD'S PIE - Local grass fed Ground beef sautéed w/ onions and garlic, topped with a layer of creamed corn and our homemade mashed potatoes on top. $15
PATE DE CAMPAGNE (rustic country pate) - Made with local pastured pork, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, local uncured bacon, fresh local butter, cream & cognac. $25 per pound
CHICKEN LIVER PATE - Made with local chicken livers, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, butter and Bourbon, $24 per pound.
GRAVLAX (cured salmon) - Made in house with a secret blend of curing salt, $22 per pound. Delicious served with our plain goat cheese and capers on a bagel or hot crusty bread
ASSORTED FRESH FRUIT AND SAVORY PASTRIES - These are made on Fridays for the weekend and vary with whatever fresh local fruit and veggie & herbs available. $5
ASSORTED FRESH SOUPS AND CHILI'S - Soups are made weekly and change with the season's. $7
ALL OUR DISHES ARE HOME MADE WITH FRESH INGREDIENTS,LOCAL ORGANIC PRODUCE AND HERBS WHEN AVAILABLE. MEALS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FARM IN OUR FARM STORE AS WELL AS SELECT RETAILERS AND FARMERS MARKETS. PLEASE CALL IF YOU CAN BEFORE COMING TO THE FARM.
